Privacy Policy — Multi Groups

This Privacy Policy describes how the Multi Groups mobile application ("the App", "we", "our") handles information. Multi Groups is developed and maintained by Eran Katsav.

1. Information We Collect

Multi Groups does not collect, transmit, sell, or store any personal data on remote servers. All information used by the App remains on your device.

2. Access to Device Data

The App requests access to the following on-device data, which is used solely to provide its core functionality:

• Contacts — used to create custom groups and to populate recipient lists when you send a message. Your contacts are never uploaded, transmitted, or shared.
• Photo Library — used only to let you attach photos and videos to email messages you send through the App. Media is not uploaded or shared by the App.
• Camera — used only to let you capture a photo or video to attach to an email message.
• Location (optional) — used only to optionally include your current address or a map link in messages you send. Location data is not stored or transmitted by the App.

3. Messages You Send

Multi Groups uses your device's standard SMS and email services to send messages on your behalf. The App itself does not receive, intercept, or store the contents of those messages.

4. Third-Party Services

Multi Groups does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking services. The App does not contain advertising and does not track users across apps or websites.

5. Children's Privacy

Multi Groups is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect any information from children.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Because Multi Groups does not transmit data off your device, all data created by the App (such as the groups you define) is stored locally and is removed when you uninstall the App.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL and on the App's App Store listing.
